A couple of days ago I was asked why I joined the leadership team at Tier 1 Solutions Group.

Here are the top 5 reasons…

Promoting Growth & Reward.

Throughout the last 5 years, the individuals that make up the Tier One Solutions board have shown the utmost care for their people both personally and professionally; they’ve promoted a “work hard, play hard” mentality and have ensured that those who’ve worked above & beyond normal hours, service delivery, and scope are rewarded. I’ve always felt like my teams have consistently grown under their leadership.

Balance.

Balance is a priority in my life… Being able to work hard when time allows, even during non-traditional hours, and to be with my family when they need support and guidance. My involvement in kids sports, coaching, and memory-making events is key.

My husband, a [former] marine, firefighter, paramedic, FTO and soon to be officer, and I need the flexibility to balance both of our career aspirations. Civil service can be mandated at any time, and we need to be ready for that in order to support the community.

I greatly appreciate being back in a role where I can be with my family, feel both challenged and supported at work, and drive success in my career. We may not work the typical 9-5’s in our household, but we are so lucky with the work that we do.

Open Communication & Transparency.

Tier One Solutions makes our team feel valued and respected through the open communication and company transparency they’ve given. Not only do I have a seat at the executive table regarding client needs, investments, and as a voice for my team, but I also have an open understanding of the investments and commercial positioning of the company I’m invested in.

I’ve held similar positions before and I am very happy to be back in the driver’s seat alongside an amazing executive group that is success driven on behalf of our clients and company brand.

Leveraging a “Best Of…” Network.

Over the last 20 years, I have met so many amazing people through big & small agency life and F500 brands. These companies have provided me and my teams with the experience, boutique agencies, production partners, artists, and tools needed to be successful both on the client side and on the agency side.

We’re already assembling a rockstar team with a “best of” in each discipline to support our client objectives. These are people and companies I know I can trust to deliver the best service, creativity, wild ideas, passion and experience on behalf of the brands that have trusted to engage Tier One Solutions.

Collaboration.

Everyone here can lead a call or lead a team. Everyone on our team can get their hands dirty or spar when needed.

Everyone on our team is motivated to help add value which makes collaboration feel like a pleasure and not just like “going to work every day”. And we love to laugh.

Everyone joining our company shares similar values, moral beliefs & ethics. We are a transparent and open group of people looking to deliver our best work and see that client smile [over and over again].
